Our new book is The Girl in the Polka-dot Dress by Beryl Bainbridge. This was English writer Bainbridge's 18th, and final, novel - she was just finishing it at the time of her death. According to Wikipedia "Set in the summer of 1968 the novel is based on the true story surrounding the assassination of Robert F. Kennedy where a woman wearing a polka dot is seen before and after the assassination .... in the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles."
