Librarian's Choice - Ballet Shoes

All of the entrants to the Ballet Shoes challenge put on a great performance, but here are a few I've chosen to star in the Library display.

D.J's ballerina is a real prima donna:

Sue Botham's dancer is pretty and fun:
Another card for the Library Challenge based on the book 'Ballet Shoes', using another image from the Dovecraft Whizz Kids decoupage pad.

Layered patterns and shapes make Sue's  dancer shine:

I hope you'll copy the badge (above) and display it on your blogs.
One of my favourite children's books, I read it again and again.
The current challenge, How to Embroider Almost Anything  is still open for another week but come back tomorrow for an eggstraordinary challenge.

This challenge we have a Visiting Librarian Glenda (My Paper Cat). Glenda frequently enters her beautiful stitched cards into the challenge, so in her honour, I've chosen an embroidery book: How to Embroider Almost Everything by Wendi Gratz.  Your entry could  be stitched but it doesn't have to be... look at all those motifs on the cover, which you could use to inspire you....

Librarian's Choice - Elmer

Choosing what to display in The Library must be the hardest job a Librarian has to do!  But here goes:

Theresa's patchwork elephant could be Elmer's stunt double:

The elephant on Indy's card is less colourful, but not less cute:

What's better than an elephant on a card? Lots of elephants! Here are Heather's:

I hope you'll copy the badge (above) and display it on your blogs.
