Librarian's Choice - Challenge 4 - Memoirs of a Geisha


Thank you so much for all the beautiful entries into the Memoirs of a Geisha challenge. 

Here are a few entries that I feel showed different ways of interpreting the challenge:

Becca  took inspiration from the cover - that glittery red heart is  really reminiscent of the lips.

ginadapooh used a beautiful geisha image in a simple and elegant setting. 


Viv  made a very pretty oriental-inspired card, with loads of interesting details.

Reminder from The Library (and a hint about Challenge 6)

Here's a little reminder from The Library - but your books aren't overdue and there'll certainly be no fines! 

It's just a reminder to join in the current challenge - 'The Hundred and One Dalmations ' - which runs till May 5th .

Challenge 6 starts on Sunday April 29th and we'll be at the non-fiction shelves, with a book that Oliver Twist might enjoy.

Challenge five is The Hundred and One Dalmations by Dodie Smith.

This 1956 children's classic is about the evil Cruella De Vil , who steals dalmation puppies with the intention of turning them into a coat.

Reminder from The Library ( and a hint about Challenge 5)

Here's a little reminder from The Library - but your books aren't overdue and there'll certainly be no fines! 
It's just a reminder to join in the current challenge - 'Memoirs of a Geisha ' - which runs till April 21st .
