Librarian's Choice - The Tiger who came to Tea

All the cards entered into this challenge were grr-eat! Here are some that caught my eye.

In Julene's simple design, the tiger is the star:

Julie's spotty card features a large teacup and some tiny 'tigers':

Jane's tiger is an old friend, (she's had this stamp for over 20 years!) :

I hope you will copy the badge (above) to your blogs.

We're staying in The Library's children's section for now , with another picture storybook - Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus! by Mo Willems .  Published in 2003, this award-winning book features a pigeon who's trying his best to persuade you to let him drive the bus...

Maybe you'll be inspired by the word bus, or the speech bubble or the pigeon -or maybe even a seagull or a robin could stand in....

Here's what The Librarian came up with:

More details on my blog.

This challenge will close on 7th September .

Challenge 39  (The Tiger who Came to Tea ) will remain open for another week.

I hope you'll join The Library.

Heather, our Visiting Librarian, has returned to her own bookshelves but before she left we picked out a few entries to display in The Library:

Pip made a fun card with bold letters and lots of colour:

Heidi  made waves with this peaceful creation:

Ginny  took the title literally with a sea-themed soap:
